Gajera CORE Merit Scholarship
OBJECTIVE
To financially support deserving engineering students and encourage academic excellence, discipline, and consistent performance throughout the degree program.
SCHOLARSHIP Benefit
Eligible students will receive a 50% scholarship on the annual tuition fees.
Applicable Courses
This scholarship is applicable for students enrolled in the following core engineering branches under Diploma and Degree (B.E.):
- Mechanical Engineering
- Civil Engineering
- Electrical Engineering
- Automobile Engineering
- Electronics and Communication Engineering
Admission Eligibility Criteria

These academic scores are minimum qualifying thresholds and are mandatory for eligibility.
General Conditions
- The student must not be receiving any other scholarships (government or private), either individually or in combination, that cover more than 50% of the tuition fees.
- The student must maintain a minimum of 75% attendance during the academic year, excluding approved medical or On-duty leaves (NSS/GTU sports/Techfest).
- Applicable only for students in the core engineering branches listed above.
- The institution reserves the right to revise, withdraw, or discontinue the scheme at its sole discretion.
Scholarship Renewal Conditions
- The student must maintain an average SPI of 7.5 or higher across the last two semesters.
- Maintain a minimum of 75% attendance.
- Must not be involved in any UFM (Unfair Means) case or prohibited activity.
- Must continue to meet the “no other scholarship exceeding 50%” condition.
Application and Disbursement
- Scholarship applications must be submitted at the beginning of each academic year.
- Verification of documents and eligibility will be carried out by the Scholarship Review Committee.
- Scholarship amount will be adjusted against the annual tuition fees.

- HSC or Diploma mark sheet (as applicable)
- Attendance and SPI records for renewal applicants
- Declaration of no major scholarship/funding (>50%) from other sources
