- Analog Communication trainers like DSB/SSM transmitter/ receiver, FM modulator/ De-modulator, FDM trainer etc., are available to understand the fundamentals.
- Students can also learn the concepts of Digital Communication using various trainer boards as well as simulation.
- It is also equipped with advanced communication system including Mobile phone trainer, CDMA, GSM, Bluetooth technology, Wireless ISP CPE etc.
- Microwave test bench is also available for understanding various signal Propagation Mode.
- Antenna Trainer kit is equipped with various types of antennas for their radiation pattern and frequency response analysis.

ELECTRONICS & COMMUNICATION ENGINEERING EVENTS
INDUSTRIAL TOUR BSNL, VALSAD
Electronics and Communication Engineering Department had organized an Industrial Visit at BSNL Valsad SSA Exchange on 25th January 2018. The motive of the visit was to gain practical knowledge about industrial aspects in wired and wireless communication architectures. Total 14 students of Electronics and Communication Engineering along with two faculties attended.
A TWO-DAY WORKSHOP ON "ROBOTIC ARM DESIGN"
A two-day Workshop on “Robotic Arm Design” was organised by ECE Department, LIT, Sarigam in collaboration with IETE, PAC SARIGAM on 10th – 11th October, 2017.
Robotic Arm is a new revolution of the robots. A robotic arm is a type of mechanical arm, usually programmable, with similar functions to a human arm; the arm may be the sum total of the mechanism or may be part of a more complex robot.
WORKSHOP ON "NATIONAL APPRENTICESHIP TRAINING SCHEME NATIONAL WEB PORTAL"
A Workshop on “National Apprenticeship Training Scheme National Web Portal” was organized by Laxmi Institute of Technology, Sarigam. in coordination with BOAT (WR), Mumbai on September 6, 2017.

TWO DAY WORKSHOP ON INTERNET OF THINGS
A two-day Workshop on “Internet of Things” was organised by ECE Department, LIT, Sarigam in collaboration with IETE, Professional Activity Center Sarigam on 22 and 23 August, 2017.

TWO DAYS WORKSHOP ON LABVIEW AND ITS APPLICATIONS IN INSTRUMENTATION & CONTROL
Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering , Laxmi Institute of Technology ,Sarigam in association with IETE Professional Activity Centre, Sarigam conducted a two days workshop on LabVIEW and Its Applications in Instrumentation & Control on the 11th July, 2017 and 13th July, 2017 for the students of Electronics and Communication Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology and MCA.
The sessions were delivered by Mr. Manoj Kumar, junior Engineer UGC-DAE Consortium for Scientific Research (An Autonomous Institution of University Grants Commission, New Delhi) Indore Centre.
WORKSHOP ON ARDUINO AND ITS APPLICATIONS
